Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
Sorry my rambles are short this morning because of a
tradesman turning up a lot earlier than we were expecting I have only just got
around to getting the tips together so I will pick up on why prices shorten
tomorrow.

I'm sure you've been told a thousand times that if you make
value bets it doesn't matter if they win or lose because over the long term you
will always end up in front.
People will argue with this kind of
statement but as far as I'm concerned it is a fact and if you think that you
are winning without finding value bets it's probably because you don't know it
but are making value bets.
Recovery type staking plans can turn
slightly bad value bets into a profit, but inevitably a losing sequence will
occur that will test your resolve and the bank you have put aside.
So
how do you find value bets? One way is to create your own odds line for every
race and then compare that odds line with what is available at Betfair or in
the early price markets. Making a bet when the odds offered vary from your own.
A lot of people don't bother with the bookmakers early prices but this
is a mistake, you might not know it but Betfair can often be beaten in the
early price lists and if you spot one bigger at Oddschecker then it's often
worth a closer look.
