Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
I am going to be working a lot
of this weekend and I am going to more research into some of the sports I am
now betting on to see if I can find any extra information which will help me
have more success. There are a couple of Golf tournaments on at the moment
so I will wait for the end of play today to decide if I can take a position on
the favourite. Tiger woods is the favourite in the Buick Open so it will be
interesting to see how he plays today.
Interestingly he is priced at
1.25 to make the cut. Could that be easy money?
He doesn't often miss them
so he could be worth a punt although he is -1 at the moment but so is most of
the leader board so that isn't telling us anything.
I don't really like
backing at that price so I probably wont bother. There are no other back prices
on the "make the cut" market.
I will probably stick to my normal plan
and see what the prices are going into the weekend.

The idea
is really to select "one a day" to
lay bet (http://www.laybetting.com/) on betfair or
betdaq, which should be the shortest price. David has set a maximum price limit
of 12/1 or 13 on betfair. The main rule (and one we have started to use across
a number of our systems) is that you should not bet if the reduction factor for
the race is 10% or more.
