Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
Well at least Hamilton got
back on the podium but one gets the feeling he is going to have to hope that
the Ferrari's are going to get some back luck because they look pretty
unbeatable at the moment.
As you probably know by now, Betfair is down
this morning for maintenance and some of the selections in this email rely on
their prices we are a little light on selections today.
As mentioned on
Friday this is going to be a short week for me and there will only be tips
until Friday, so I am going to spend this week catching up on some work and
finishing the spreadsheets I have been promising some people for GHB.
So
I hope you don't mind I am going to be a little quiet this week although one
thing I want to experiment with is to see if I can get some value in
running.
If we take that betfair is a pretty accurate market then if you
bet on every selection that was evens at the off then you would lose overtime
because of betfairs commission. But in theory if you could get a better price
in running 20% to 30% better then you should be able to make a profit over
time, shouldn't you?
The question is, could you get a better price than
SP in running?

Profit". I am going to keep the maximum odds set to 6.00 and I am going to be a
little naughty and add in a lay ladder staking plan.
