Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
Newton Abbot has been abandoned today so only flat and AW racing.
Yarmouth is running Banded Stakes, I don't think I would bet on
any of these to win but they are certainly worth looking at from
a lay point of view, because these are very low grade runners.
From Yesterday
HOWARDS PRINCESS came 3rd, I must admit I wasn't expecting a win and
it shows us that relying on Speed ratings alone is not the answer.
Adrians ratings today only cover Bath and Southwell. Bath races are
all 10 plus runners except 1, but none of the races have star runners.
Southwell is AW but this system is for flat races but as we have no
other races to look at we may as well have a play, with 4 races that
have Adrian Massey star ratings.
14.20 Southwell, Shifty Night,7 runners (4 stars, Bottom RPR not tiped
by either Spotlight or Postdata)
15.20 Southwell, Scottish River, 7 runners (3 stars, top RPR not tiped
by either Spotlight or Postdata)
15.50 Southwell, Beauteous, 9 runners (4 stars, top RPR not tiped
by either Spotlight or Postdata)
16.20 Southwell, Accomplish, 4 runners (1 star, Top RPR Tip by
Spotlight and Postdata)
Accomplish is the only one that really fits the bill.
