Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
Have a look at the 15.50 Fontwell today, the runners list
reads like a bunch of characters from a Marvel (tm) comic.
Spider Boy,
Flying Spur, Mighty Moose, to name a few.
I had a lot of emails
yesterday about the Millionaire's Row nap results, I did wonder if they would
get your attention.

I
really don't want to make to much of them myself at the moment though because
we need to do some more testing and you have only seen a few of them in this
email.
I have been working with my friend for quite a long time trying
to get some really good systems that really do work well, but to do that the
selection method we use has become quite complex, it certainly takes more than
30 minutes a day when there are only 3 meetings, so we have no idea what it
will be like in the summer months!
We have also been working on a lay
nap to compliment these selections and I will be adding those from today. I
will put the last two months results for these up tomorrow, but don't expect a
lay everyday with these.
Anyway for the time being let's just watch and
see what happens.
We certainly picked a bad couple of days to try out
Gordon's and Harry's new ideas with losers coming quite quickly and a few more
than normal.

There
are a lot of (*) selections today so this should be interesting for the stop at
the first loser.
I still think 8.00 may be a little high on the level
stakes side of things and will probably lower this today.
The new
option on the Grey Horse bot to either Stop at a preset number of winners or
losers seems to work well and with the other options we have been testing I
think version 1.0.0.5 is now ready for release so I will make this available to
members in the next day or so, I just have to update the manual to include the
new options.

8. Greyhound Selections- Lay System
started 07/11/2006.
After playing around with selections I have
decided that for the time being this is going to be a lay only test. I think I
have worked out a system that will give us quite good prices but I suspect
there will have to be a maximum lay price set. I am just not sure what that
will be but I am testing between 2.00 and 7.00. I will make every effort to
record betfair lay prices as well. The ones marked with an asterisks (*) are
from the original and tighter system, I am not using these now.
You can see
all the results since the 14th (when I introduced the latest selection method)
here. I am now using what I call the "rule of 3", this means
we go for 3 wins and use a 3 race scratch back to get back any
losses.

10. John's Bullitin lay tips - Lay
Selections started 12/01/2007
These are New selections from John at
Luv2Lose. John takes the prices of the selections 30 seconds before the race
and the lay price must be between 2.1 and 3.9, at this time to qualify. The
idea here is to Stop at the first winner (or loser in this case as we are
laying).
John also has a couple of other staking ideas which I will tell you
about later.
