Mine was quiet but it was nice to have a rest and come back refreshed.

Last week we talked about Graham and Brian's http://www.laybackracing.co.uk/ and how I thought you could easily make 5 pts on this service a month. They also have lay selections where they run a "Stop at a Winner" system.

Obviously as a lay system we want to know how many losers we may have to go through in order to make profit. Also with lay's we need a bigger bank. I always say that you should not use any more than 1% of your stake for a lay bet and 0.5% if you want to be very safe.

You will be able to get average odds and an idea of monthly profit. After all you don't want me to do everything for you.

I think you will have to accept that if you want to run the lays you will have to go through 3 losers in a row sometimes but how often this will happen will depend on a lot of things but if you are going to go for maximum profit then once every 2 or 3 months.

This is where you have to really plan for losses and decide how much of your bank you are prepared to risk on a losing run.
