Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
I hope you thought the Triple Treat results were good, we
certainly do. Anyway I will tell you a little more about these in a couple of
days.

I
have had a lot of enquiries about Ace Nap (9) and David is putting the
finishing touches to the system, to make it as easy as possible for people to
understand.
So I am hoping I can tell you about that as well in a few
days, but we have a selection for today.

It's amazing the system ideas that you can come
up with if you have a little think and do a little research.
Nat at TSF e-Zine yesterday awas
doing some research on a couple of his own ideas when he found a some stats
about certain horse races that got him thinking and he immediately called me to
discuss them.
Although I had seen something a little similar before I
hadn't drilled the results down as far as he had and although the system relied
on the price at the off we thought we may be able to do something with
it.
So I am going to start giving you the selections over the coming
weeks, but we are not going to say any more, because we just want to see if we
can get anywhere near to the return we are expecting.
This is a lay
system and just so we know which one it is I am simply going to call it
TSF lay
system!
Please remember this will be a lay test and we are not even sure
the way we are selecting the runners will work, this may have to become a
method rather than a system.

Blinkers and Tongue Ties
Isn't horse racing a great sport every
time you get your head around a rule that you think you can apply to your
betting there is always an exception that pops up.
As a general rule
you should always lay horses that wear blinkers or tongue ties for the first
time. This is because generally speaking these tools are used by trainers as a
last resort to try and sort out what is in actual fact a poor horse.
However as I stated above there is always an exception and in this case the
exception is that a few good trainers know when a horse really will benefit
from this additional equipment. Rather than just trying everything in their
toolbox these trainers have a plan and know what their horses need.
In
this months Betting School Insiders Report Ricky Taylor digs deep into
the stats to uncover when a tongue tie or blinkers might be a positive sign.
I don't have space here for the full conclusion, but I recommend that
you consider a bet on any Alan King trained horse that is wearing blinkers for
the first time. Do Likewise for Ian Williams trained horses wearing a tongue
tie for the first time.

good result for us yesterday this time of year it always gets a little tricky
due to the jumps starting and alot of flat races having little or no form.
Having deliberated for quite a while we are going to select 1520 Folkstone
Princess Flame 3.8 Betfair. The horse has never done this going or distance or
even hurdles before. A few others to watch are 1420 Folkstone The Very Man and
1430 Bath Craigstown we also think Free Gift 1550 Folksone is vunerable but
with only 4 runners not vialble. Dont forget if there are major withdrwals in
or race then it becomes a No Bet. Good Luck
