Woody Valentine (Miracle System) came 8th, Biscar Two (Best Lay bet
of the Day) came 6th.

Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
Woody Valentine the "Miracle System" selection didn't go the way I was
expecting yesterday when he didn't even get placed!
Another 3 wins for the New Lay System yesterday.
I am not going to go on about this much more, but I will continue to
show you the selections for a while, certainly until I can work out
how the owner wants to get them to you.
Todays Selection (testing)
13.50 Southwell, Island Green lay 15 / Place 3.75
15.55 Haydock, Dinos Dandy lay 100 / Place 7.00
We have talked a little about staking ideas over the last couple of
weeks and I thought I would mention another that I use sometimes,
and I know others do as well.
Firstly you take your bank and if you can divide it by 250.
500/250 = 2
Your point value becomes what ever the right hand figure is, so
in this case it is 2 or £2.00
Now you have to make a decision on how many points to bet and what many
layers do is assign a points value, depending on the odds their selection
is trading at.
So you could end up with.
anything 5 or below 3pts
Between 5.01 and 10 2pt
Between 10.01 and 15 1pt
The above is only a suggestion and if you have a bigger bank or changed
the points value, you could even increase the odds that you can lay at
by reducing the points value further.
This idea allows you greater flexibility to the odds you can take over
the normal idea of a fixed % of your bank, which can look quite scary
at higher odds.
There is one thing that always strikes me as funny with this idea though
and that is at the lower the odds (all things being equal) the more
likely you are to lose, but you put your highest exposure (money wise)
on these selections.
Just an observation and I know the idea is to limit any losses at
the higher prices, it is also better for the nerves!
