Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
I didn't think I was going to have any tips for you this
morning because the Racing Post site was down so long.
I have been
thinking about the selections that I am showing in this news letter and I am
wondering if it is time we had a clear out as some of them just don't seem to
work very well.
The Miracle system is certainly going through a bad time
and if you look at the time we have been running it, then it is just not going
anywhere.
The place system was doing well in the summer so maybe we
should make it a summer system only, because it is not doing very well at all
in the winter.
Anyway if you have a view about this or have a suggestion
then please let me know.
It wasn't a good days racing yesterday with
just one meeting and probably with hindsight it would have probably been better
to leave it alone.
I started testing on the greyhounds with the weight
of money option I was telling you about that we are beta testing in
GHB. I had some
pretty good winners, although I did come out slightly down on the day, there
were several occasions during the day that I was in profit over 6 times my
stake.
So today I am going to do some more research but put a stop/loss
in of 5 times my stake to see what happens.
The only real problem I can
see with this scenario if it did prove to be profitable is that I doubt if you
would be able to put large stakes on because the money probably wouldn't be
available.
