Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
As you can probably gather that apart from training on and
off for Triathlon's and walking the dog the rest of the time I am sat in front
of a computer, so my muscle strength is not great. Well the last 9 days I
worked in the garden digging out mud, carrying bricks, stones and hard-core and
I actually think I have got muscles now in places where I didn't have places
before I started!
Joking aside, I still haven't finished. It's going to
take another full day off humping more stones and hard core, so I am afraid
there will be no newsletter tomorrow, but I will be back Thursday where we can
resume as normal.
We are still testing the Prize Lay System and after
another good day yesterday we are now up over 18pts this month.
