Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
I had one of "those" days
yesterday. I had to go out and was meant to start another test on my horse
racing system and the new In2Logic bot, but forgot to do it! No bets for me
yesterday.
Actually while I have been
experimenting with the algorithm for this system I think I may have found
another idea, which I am going to start testing today. Again this will be based
around a "Stop at a winner" system, but may even be a little less risky than
the one I am already trying. We have been working hard on the latest version
of GHB and are close
to releasing the latest beta version. We have a couple of good new features
which will help expand the usefulness of
GHB and I will
expand on these in a later email.
I have lost count on how many releases
we have done since the first bot over 2 years ago but I bet it is a lot more
than most other developers.
I am going to put together some Xmas
specials over the next few weeks on some of the systems. I thought I would

The idea behind this selection is
that you back one runner and lay the other. The lay as a much higher strike
rate than the back, so we put enough on the lay to make profit even if the back
loses. A split of 20/30 seems to work well. So if you bet £5 you put 2.00
on the back and 3.00 on the lay.
Rule: If the favourite is a NR (non
runner) you can still bet on the lay (I still think there is a risk here) but
if the lay is a NR then no bet.
