Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
I had a work out yesterday with
a trainer friend. He almost killed me (well it felt like it!) I think I am
going to hurt sometime later today, my legs are already getting stiff!

I may have to close the doors
sooner than I thought I would as the site is proving very popular. At the
moment I am going through a number of systems that I have (Like Ace Naps,

Finley 2.92 (0% NR but interesting still)
14.50 York, Harbinger 2.96
(although this is the back test system nap I prefer this as a lay)

only lost on 1. The idea is to get a system from the selections.

The idea
is really to select "one a day" to
lay bet (http://www.laybetting.com/) on betfair or
betdaq, which should be the shortest price. David has set a maximum price limit
of 12/1 or 13 on betfair. The main rule (and one we have started to use across
a number of our systems) is that you should not bet if the reduction factor for
the race is 10% or more.
