Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
Sorry about not sending this email yesterday. Things just went mad in the
morning and I just didn't get time in the end to finish it.
I a not sure what I am going to do this weekend although there is an F1 GP
on so I suspect you will find me in front of the telly at some time.
I have also got back in to training (yeah I know a bit late in the season)
and have started doing some running with one of our dogs so I suspect there
will be some excercise over the weekend.
I know this is off subject but I know a number of you that follow my list also
run their own web sites so I thought I would mention it.

The idea is really to select "one a day" to
lay bet (http://www.laybetting.com/) on betfair or
betdaq, which should be the shortest price. David has set a maximum price limit
of 12/1 or 13 on betfair. The main rule (and one we have started to use across
a number of our systems) is that you should not bet if the reduction factor for
the race is 10% or more. Yesterday's.
