Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
I am not sure what I am going to be doing
this weekend maybe head for the lake if there is any wind.
The best Lay
of The day has been up and down since the beginning of the month, I can not
seem to get a good winning run at the moment but hopefully that will
change.
There are 4 meetings today 2 Jumps from
Cheltenham and
Newcastle
and 2 AW's from
Wolverhampton and
Southwell.
The last couple of
weeks we have been trying to find value in betting on the exchange place

Well we didn't even have to think about using
the staking plan as we won on all 3 giving us exactly 1pt profit at the prices
I recorded in the morning.

We have some better prices today but still only 1 trading over
the 1.5 which is the price we would prefer.
Testing these selections has
been interesting and to be honest I am not sure how long we should continue on
with it, because I don't want you getting bored with the same thing everyday,
so I may start changing the subject ealy next week, but until then I better
start addressing the lack of lay bets at the moment.
I have been playing
around with a new Maiden lay System but I am not sure how good it is at the
moment but I thought I would let you start to see some of the
selections.
Here is today's: 12.40 Southwell, The Italian Job
I
actually think maidens are a mine field for layers and they tend to be very
difficult to predict. I think the target should be to pick a weakish field
where no one runner really sticks out. Also make sure there is at least one
unknown in the race.
I think the above selection fit's the bill
especially as "Money for Fun" seems to be a popular choice among the paper
tipsters (selections).

9. Greyhound Selections- Lay System
started 07/11/2006.
After playing around with selections I have
decided that for the time being this is going to be a lay only test. I think I
have worked out a system that will give us quite good prices but I suspect
there will have to be a maximum lay price set, I m just not sure what that will
be. I will make every effort to record betfair lay prices as
well.

Yesterday I just set Greyhound Bot 2 (still testing) to watch all
these races and set the odds between 2.00 and 7.00. Interestingly I got 5
