Todays ramblings
Good Morning.
I often get emails asking me what my strategy for betting is and
although I am reluctant to lead people in one particular direction
without their own research, I thought I would just give you a quick
insight into a day at my betting Desk.

I will admit that because of on going research I am always changing
and trying new ideas but this will be a fair assessment of how I bet
at the moment.
3 quick things.
1) I don't bet on weekends because I not only like the rest but it
also shows I am not addicted and weekend racing always seems to have
some weird things happening.
I don't know why it's just what I have found from my own personal
experience.
2) If I have a busy day and know I will not be able to concentrate on
the racing then I will pick one or two naps and leave it at that.
3) Unless I am using the lay ladder, I only bet up to a maximum of 1%
of my bank, yep that's all, but that is why I still have it!
Now what follows will seem like an advert for my own systems, the
reason for this is that I use them and trust them, that's why I am
prepared to offer them for sale, because I am confident they work.
V4 Lay System
It's clear to see that V4 works, there have now been 162 selections and
only 21 losers giving a success rate of almost 8 wins to every 1 loser
at and average price of just 5.4!
Depending on how many selection we have a day, I will either just lay
the nap or start at the first one and stop on the first winner. I may
lay all selections if there are not to many, but I much prefer to just
take the first winner.
V4 makes up a big part of my weekly winnings and in my opinion it can
only improve as the results mount up.

The Investment System. (Given with V4)
This system needs a staking plan to make money, but there are more than
enough low price winners to make it easy. I use 1/2% of my bank and
use the lay ladder to to make any loses, I also generally put an upper
cap of about 6.00 on the selection, but I have dropped the idea of
a lower end cap, as we have some good wins with low prices.

Stop at a Winner.
This is actually a favourite of mine that I play whenever I know I will
get a full days betting.
Since creating this system it has only had one losing day which was
actually during a test in this email and in fact the selections changed
before the start of racing so in reality it actually did win that day as
well.
This tip isn't for everyone because it needs the lay ladder, but it only
uses 3 tips. One thing I have noticed is that it wins so often on the
first selection and because the prices are never above 4 that it would
probably make a good daily nap type tip.
Bet-pal and trading.
As someone who is always off out for one reason or another, bet-pal is a
great piece of software to help get my trades matched and create
win win betting scenarios. So this tends to run all day on my computer
for one reason or another.
That's it, I am afraid I hardly ever win bet any more, I know the rewards
are higher, I just have trouble getting them! With laying I know my
maximum liability, I know my likely lossing run, but I also know even after
the odd occasion I may get caught, in the longer run the stats show I will
win!
