Another 100% day on Friday "Fraamtastic" came in first, "Fontanesi" won
and my "lay of the day" "Simplyfy" came 4th!

Yesterday I was listening to the radio just before the 3.15 at carlise
was about to run, when they mentioned "The Frosty Ferret" and how support
was gathering for this horse to place.
Now as most of you know I am a system man, but when you listen and watch
the races a lot, you do realise that support for a horse at a track can
be significant and the odd word from a comentator quite revealing.
Or maybe I was feeling confident because I had just had a small run of
wins!
Anyway I decided to back "The Frosty Ferret" to place at betfair at
2.86 and was quite pleased when he trotted home 3rd!
Actually I tried the same thing at the National on "Gunther McBride"
when the comentator said the horse was "more often than not placed".
Not in this case!
I must admit I don't like betting on the off chance as more often than
not you will end up giving the bookie his daily wages, I much prefer
to have a set of rules to follow that I know will give me constant
run of winners or lossers if your having a "Lay".
